You cannot cancel a order that's already been placed. If you must cancel you will be responsible of the conditions mentionned below. Remburssement will be made once the suspension process in completed. Please note that it is difficult to deter delay time for you cancellation because of the speed of our service. This means because your orders are instantly treated through our system each cancellation needs to be treated whit your credit card and those delay do not depend of us. Refunding policy
Tickets are refundable until 15 february 2008 Billet de ski.com will refund your tickets if you just could'nt use them as planned. Some conditions apply. First, you must email your refound demand to infos@billetdeski.com, mentionning the reason and your order number. We will refund the credit used for the purchase and send you confirmation.
